South-Africa.net represents various Principals (airlines, hotels, tour operators) as agents only. Accordingly, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, or failure of the Principal to fulfill their obligations.
When you make a booking, the contract in use by the Principal shall constitute the sole contract between the Principal and the Client.
Insurance & Liability
It is STRONGLY ADVISED that all Clients take out adequate insurance cover for cancellation, illness, baggage loss, and personal liability. South-Africa.net will NOT be responsible if you fail to take adequate cover.
Entire at risk: Access to and use of the sites are entirely at the client's risk.
Legal Provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. You warrant unconditionally that you will not use the sites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these conditions.
